VALANCIA HOMES

After completing the development of VALANCIA & IZMIR Housing Schemes comprising on 16,000 kanal land. The Pakistan Expatriates Coop. Housing Society Ltd (PECHS) started a project of "Valancia Homes" in 2002 in order to meet the requirements of Overseas Pakistanis for built homes in a secure and congenial environment.
