  1. Aluminum windows with wire mesh.
  2.  Malaysian Ply Paneled Doors with Polish/Paint.
  3. Wardrobes in all bedrooms having  boxes and wardrobe shutters in lamination board.
  1. Kitchen  Cabinet boxes and shutters in lamination board & Designed Glass. Ceramic Tiles Dado above the counter, Marble on kitchen counter top.
  1. Bathrooms European-Style Sanitary Sets with good quality fittings, accessories and ceramic tiles on walls & Floors.
  2. Brick Gutka/Graffiatto Finish on the front elevation and matching weather shield coating on remaining sides.
  3. Vinyl Emulsion Paint in the Interior.
  4. Electric Point for air-conditioner, lights, fans and exhaust fans complete with telephone and TV antenna points.
